Every January, we’re told this is the time to reset - new goals, new plans, new habits…

And yet, by February, 80% of resolutions fail, leaving people discouraged and quietly wondering why they can’t seem to stick with anything.

In fact, most people have stopped making resolutions altogether because life seems to keep getting in the way of reaching those goals. They often set their desires aside in hopes that there will be a time in the future that will be more appropriate for accomplishing their goals.

“Once things calm down, I’ll focus on my health.”

But here’s the reality most of us don’t want to admit:
Life doesn’t slow down and wait for us to “get it together”.
