Hi! I’m Izzie.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in survival mode

— because I've been there.

At 45, after years of running at full speed and ignoring every sign my body was sending, I ended up in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. That moment changed everything.

It set me on a path to understand what real health actually looks like — not just the absence of symptoms, but a life filled with energy, purpose, and balance. That's what I help my clients build today.

I rebuilt my health from the inside out.

Now I help others do the same.

From a young age I knew that movement was my medicine. When life got hard, I sweated it out. It was my rock — the one thing that always brought me back to myself. So naturally, my twenties were spent doing what I loved — teaching fitness, personal training, helping people feel strong in their bodies and their minds.

"Then life crept in the way it does."

In my thirties I took a job at the YMCA — still connected to my passion, but slowly pulled more into meetings, management, and the demands of a growing career. In my forties I became Director for Aging Services — a role I loved, but one that had me behind a desk for nine or more hours a day. The movement that had always anchored me quietly slipped away. And without it, I didn't know how to cope.

So I found other ways. A glass of wine to unwind. Less structure. Less intention. It felt like balance at the time — but looking back, I was slowly losing myself.

I was also going through perimenopause, which nobody really prepares you for. Shifting hormones, chronic stress, disrupted sleep, and years of putting everyone and everything before my own health — it was a perfect storm. I was still playing tennis. Still showing up to the gym occasionally. But I was going through the motions without a real plan, and my body knew it even when I didn't want to admit it.

For five years I felt terrible. Exhausted. Foggy. Not like myself. And I couldn't figure out why.

Until the night I ended up in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack.

My doctors tried to help — and I'm grateful for them. But the answer kept coming back as medication. And something in me knew that wasn't going to get to the root of what was really going on. So I dove headfirst into functional medicine. I studied it. I became certified. Not to start a business — but because I desperately needed answers for myself and my family.

"What I found changed everything."

Today, at almost 55, I feel better than I did in my early forties. More energy. Clearer mind. A sense of balance I hadn't felt in years. Not because I found a shortcut — but because I finally found the right process for my body, my life, and where I actually was.

"That process is what I now share with every person I work with. Because I've lived it. And I know what it feels like to find your way back."

Who I work with.

I work with people who are ready for something more.

🙋‍♀️

Individuals

People who are tired of feeling stuck and ready for a personalized approach to feeling better in body and mind. Looking for meaningful change and real balance — without the overwhelm. Especially those navigating midlife and ready to find meaning in this next chapter.

💼

Business Leaders & CEOs

High performers who have built success professionally but somewhere along the way lost balance personally. Sedentary by necessity, preoccupied by demand, and carrying the quiet guilt that comes with putting yourself last. Ready to reclaim their energy, their health, and the parts of life that success was supposed to make possible.

🏢

Organizations & Teams

Leaders who recognize that their team's health directly impacts their performance. When people are running on empty, disengaged, and working without passion or purpose — everyone feels it. I help organizations build a culture of wellness that goes beyond a gym membership. A healthy team isn't just happier. It's unstoppable.
